Kassel Performance’s plug and play engine swap harness has been designed for a straightforward wiring solution for all E30 M50, S50, M52, and S52 engines.
We have 2 OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THESE HARNESSES!
1.) We can create a wiring harness adapter with all new BMW terminals that will be plug and play between the exising M5x/S5x harness X20 and the body side C101 connector.
2.) We can modify your existing M50/S50/M52/S52 wiring harness to be plug and play in the E30. This process involves removing much of the bulk of unused wires, moving the diagnostic port to the driver’s side, replacing the X20 with a C101 connector, adding in the necessary wiring for the OBC and cluster, and rewrapping all of the wiring with high temp cloth Tesa tape per the factory. This option requires that an original harness be sent in for modification!
